The Complete Reclaimed Lumber Operation

Most companies in the reclaimed lumber space do one or two things: a broker buys and sells but does not process; a mill planes boards but does not source them; a hauler moves material but does not know what it is. That fragmentation creates gaps — inconsistent quality, lost provenance, damaged material, and projects that stall waiting for the next vendor to act.

We built our operation differently. Every service listed here is performed by our own team, with our own equipment, under the same quality standards. When you engage us to salvage a building, the same organization processes that lumber, mills it to your profile, and delivers it to your jobsite. The material never leaves our chain of custody, and accountability never gets passed to a third party.

That integration is not just operationally convenient — it directly improves the lumber you receive. Our salvage crew knows what our processing facility needs. Our mill operators know what tolerances our delivery team can protect. The result is reclaimed lumber that performs to specification and arrives on schedule.

How a Project Flows Through Our Operation

Whether you are a building owner clearing a demolition site or a designer sourcing reclaimed flooring, here is the path material takes when it works through our system.

01

Assess & Acquire

We evaluate structures slated for demolition, negotiate material acquisition, and dispatch our salvage crew to recover lumber before the wrecking ball arrives.

02

Transport to Facility

Our own fleet hauls salvaged material to our Commerce, CA processing facility, minimizing handling and maintaining material provenance records.

03

Process & Grade

Every board is de-nailed, cleaned, moisture-tested, and graded by trained evaluators. Kiln drying stabilizes moisture content for immediate installation.

04

Mill to Spec

Rough-sawn stock is re-sawn, planed, and profiled to customer specifications — from S4S dimensional lumber to custom tongue-and-groove or historic molding profiles.

05

Deliver & Support

Our fleet delivers direct to your jobsite or warehouse, with forklift offloading, proper blocking, and all documentation including grade reports and moisture readings.
