Delivering Across Los Angeles and the West Coast
Our Commerce, CA facility sits within 10 miles of most of the Los Angeles basin, giving us natural routing efficiency across the metro. We run our own fleet of flatbed and box trucks — no third-party freight for local and regional deliveries — which means we control scheduling, load quality, and delivery window accuracy directly.
We serve eight defined delivery zones covering the core LA metro, the Westside, San Fernando Valley, South Bay, San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. For statewide and nationwide orders, we work with established LTL partners and can ship to any address in the continental United States.
Pickup is always an option. Our Commerce yard is open Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Bring a flatbed trailer, a pickup with a stake bed, or hire a hauler — we will load you with a forklift and get you out the gate efficiently.
Delivery Zones & Lead Times
Lead times shown are standard estimates for in-stock material. Custom milling orders add 3–7 business days. Commercial accounts at Tier 3 and above receive priority scheduling across all zones.

Delivery fees are base rates for standard flatbed delivery with standard offload. Forklift service, inside delivery, liftgate, and after-hours delivery incur additional fees. Volume discounts apply for commercial accounts — contact us for a freight quote on orders over 5,000 BF.

Each area has its own delivery considerations — tight streets, historic district requirements, production industry schedules, and coastal access. Here is what you should know for key areas we serve.
Downtown Los Angeles
High-volume commercial deliveries to loft conversions, restaurant fit-outs, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. Zone 1 priority routing. Strict jobsite access windows accommodated with advance scheduling.
Hollywood & Silver Lake
Strong design-forward demand from residential renovations, restaurant projects, and entertainment industry set builds. Film and production industry accounts receive priority scheduling.
Venice & Santa Monica
Architectural reclaimed lumber for high-end residential builds, boutique retail, and surf/lifestyle brand fit-outs. Tight street access navigated by our experienced drivers. Permit zone deliveries coordinated.
Pasadena
Extensive Craftsman and bungalow renovation market. Period-correct species (Douglas Fir, Heart Pine) and profiles (shiplap, beaded board) are our most-requested items here. Historic district sensitive delivery.
Glendale & Burbank
Film and TV production accounts plus a strong residential renovation market. Production companies can establish commercial accounts for ongoing set and prop lumber supply.
Long Beach
Bungalow renovations, commercial fit-outs near the port, and marine-adjacent applications (boat shops, maritime museums). Marine-grade packaging and species selection consultation available.
Orange County
Scheduled weekly delivery runs to Orange County on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Commercial accounts get reserved spots on the OC truck. Minimum order 1,000 BF for Zone 7.
Inland Empire
Growing residential market and strong contractor base. Consolidated delivery runs twice weekly. Large-volume warehouse and distribution center orders handled by appointment.
San Fernando Valley
The Valley's active renovation market and major entertainment studio presence make this one of our busiest zones. Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Burbank see multiple deliveries per week.
South Bay
Coastal residential renovations, boutique retail in Redondo and Manhattan Beach, and commercial builds in Torrance and Carson. Dedicated weekly South Bay delivery run on Wednesdays.

Beyond our local delivery zones, we ship reclaimed lumber throughout California and across the continental United States via LTL and truckload freight. For international export, our ISPM 15 heat treatment certification enables shipment through the ports of LA and Long Beach.

Will-Call Pickup
Commerce, CA facility — 4141 S. Santa Fe Ave
Will-Call Pickup & Facility Access
Our Commerce facility is open for will-call pickup Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 4 PM. No minimum order applies to pickups. Bring any vehicle capable of safely carrying your load — we recommend a flatbed trailer, stake-bed pickup, or cargo van for larger orders.
Forklift loading is available at no charge for orders over 500 BF. For smaller orders, our yard staff will hand-load. We provide standard wood blocking and tie-down straps for purchase if you need them.
If you are sending a hired hauler to pick up on your behalf, email us the hauler name, vehicle type, and pickup date in advance. We will have your order staged and a gate pass ready.
